Ordered two Smoky BBQ Bacon Buford combo's... the description says: New Smoky BBQ Bacon Buford features two 100% beef hand-seasoned patties topped with Swiss cheese, two slices of smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, sweet & smoky BBQ sauce, smoky mayo and even more bits of real chopped up bacon. They were out of lettuce we were told while ordering... okay fine, we can do without lettuce. We get our order, go home, open up the burgers, and... NO bacon on either. Not the 'two slices of smoked bacon', nor a trace of the 'real chopped up bacon'. What does one expect when ordering a burger that has bacon in the title as well as in the description? Right... BACON! Done with this place.

The drive through attendant seemed impatient when asking questions about the menu. I don't come here often so i was unsure on how to order fish sandwich combo. Wasnt very pleasant or helpful. While my food was hot I asked for extra tarter sauce...that didn't happen. Then once food was done. Its was an arm hanging out the window with who I believe was the manager with her back already turned as if get your food and leave don't ask me any questions. Don't ask for condiments or anything. Disappointed in the attitude of the workers and service.

I haven’t been disappointed in a Checkers before, but this visit was extremely disappointing. The workers were rude and got our order wrong four different times. The lady behind us in line was completely ignored when she ordered and she ended up leaving. I do have to say, the food was fine, but I would not recommend this Checkers to anyone.
