Wingstop

We ordered at 11:50 and was told about 15min we got our order at 12:20. The picture is of the ice tea that I was given. As you can tell there was no tea just water. I took it up to the counter and the staff member took it dumped it and threw the cup away. She never said sorry would you like something different. I find that so very rude as I didn't matter . I sat and waited for something to be done about it. After about 10min I went back up and told them to take my food off as I no longer wanted it. She looked confused and turned to the manager told him what was going on. He checked the tea machine and said it was okay. I told that was not true and took him back up and showed him. At that time he gave me the money back. Offered to five me the wings for free and I told him no thanks. They gave me the wings and fries for free. Offered me something else to drink I refused. I give manager alot of credit for making it right. Never got an apology from the staff member

Don't like to post these reviews but the way I was treated today should be known. Yes Im hispanic and I walked in and was waiting for about 10 minutes until I decided to leave! Why, because I was never attended and the employees avoid looking at me, however every white customer that walked in after me was immediately attended. So I decided to leave. Can't believe this happens in this town! I will not ever come back here and will promote their attitude with everyone!

The way I just got treated! Was absolutely disgusting. The older lady with red hair was very rude to me as I was just trying to deliver for DoorDash. My DoorDash was scheduled at 11:55 I came in at 11:51 she was rude and told me “well your order isn’t going to be done till the time it says” I’m the most rude way! It’s no wonder you guys have poor reviews! She is absolutely just ratchet.
