Taco Bell

Wanted to try the Mexican Pizza that was brought back. Was not impressed….. 😑. I went to the TacoBell drive through Saturday around 11:30am it took me over 15 minutes to get through the line. There were only 3 cars ahead of me. Once I got my food, I opened the Mexican Pizza box to find this soggy, poorly prepared sorry excuse of a Pizza. Took one bite and through it in the trash. I think the issue here is the staff and not so much the product. Will not be returning to this location.

Extremely terrible customer service skills, zero professionalism and they struggle to even get an order correct. The staff are rude and seem to have a very hard time engaging/acknowledging customers inside the restaurant or being spoken to disrespectfully at the drive thru speaker. AVOID this location unless you enjoy subpar service -- You've been warned.

Walked into Taco Bell around 4:00 pm to pick up an online order. I counted what looked like 12 teenagers behind the counter (I don't know if it was a shift change?) Not one person said hello or asked me if I had an order. In fact the girl standing directly behind the counter was flirting with a young boy at the counter who was blocking anybody else from going up to the counter. Only two people were actually working. All the rest were laughing and playing and just walking around doing nothing. I waited 20 minutes for my order to be thrown on the rack and still not one person said a word to me.

Went there last evening shortly before they closed ( mind you we were in line AT LESS 10 minutes before) had an employee come out to the drive thru to tell cars that were waiting to order that we had to LEAVE THE LINE because they were CLOSED! Like WHAT???? WE WERE IN LINE BEFORE CLOSING TIME, and should have been served! I can complety understand turning away anyone who comes in afterwards! But, I was pretty upset and for that will NEVER go there again!

Place is closed alot.went there today and the signs in the windows said "closed All day due to computers".last time it was staffing before that the fryers were down, before that they left all of the drive thru lights and menu screens on,but wouldn't take orders while cars backed up in the drive thru.also closed during lunch time alot. went to another Taco Bell and had no problem.
