Service and atmosphere is great. The employees are wonderful as well. As a former Foxwoods employee I can concur that that was five star service. However, the food and drinks are atrociously over priced. The $40 drink made by Pitbull who is literally irrelevant? That’s insane. It was unfortunate because I looked the prices up online prior to going to see if we would be able to swing it and we went there to celebrate our birthdays but unfortunately all I could afford was a long island ice tea which was made perfectly might I add. So props to the bartender she was wonderful as well. so all in all all of your employees are great but of course your prices are ridiculous, considering it’s a Casino, I just wish there were cheaper options on the menu so we could also enjoy the atmosphere.

Sugar factory is a whole new level of experience. We visited 2 days in a row, and we had an amazing time. Firts the atmosphere - cool, modern vibe with different colored rooms. Drinks - amazing. We tried a bunch of coctails, and they were delicious. The food was ok. I wasn't a fan of it. Meatballs, chicken Quesadilla and cheesecake waffles were good. Service was great the bought time we visited. Overall, it was a great experience.

Fish bowl cocktails with dry ice, over the top desserts, and a full menu including brunch is why @sugarfactoryfoxwoods_ has become a Juggernaut in the foodie world. Anyone can make things look good but for them to actually taste good as well is what gets people coming back for more. The Sugar Factory rainbow sliders really surprised me with the quality, in the salty savory sweet mixture between the burgers and the Lollypop Passion cocktail were excellent

Delicious and fun place to celebrate a friends daughters birthday. Reservation was for 4, but we had a party of 6 which the staff was nice enough to be able to accommodate. We all enjoyed our food and there was a lot to choose from. The girls shared one of those big fun drinks, and my child had the flaming hot cheetos burger, which was a hit because she LOVES flaming hot cheetos. I had a delicious veggie burger and the decor was really fun.
