Today was the first time I tried this place for breakfast, and I ordered what I usually get when I go to starbucks. Instead of spending $8 for my drink, I was pleasantly surprised to get the exact same drink for less than $5. The hummus toast with roasted red peppers was tasty too!

Drive through moves smoothly.. workers are polite.. but my order is almost never right.. this one just irritates me. I annunciate… put emphasis on my words when I ask for extra cream cheese.. welp.. here what I get..

This DD location is right around the corner from my house which is AWESOME but so bad for my bank account. The staff here has always been so kind to my family and I, and they prep their drinks and or food well. However, and this is for all DD’s not just this location, I really wish they would stop putting icing Covered donuts in bags. This makes for an even bigger mess, especially for little ones! I added a picture of this and you can see the icing on the top one is coming off and that donut is stacked on another iced donut. Such a mess!

Drive thru moves smoothly. Unfortunately I keep finding plastic in my cold brew drinks. So I have stopped coming here. I’ve tried to talk to a manager a couple of times here and there but was unsuccessful in talking to one.

I've been calling Dunkin Donuts on Belair Rd all morning in an effort to make them aware that positively, their coconut milk made myself, my man, and my daughter very sick yesterday (6/13/22) but they won't answer any calls 🤷🏽♀️
- I had a caramel iced latte w/ coconut milk
- my daughter had a strawberry dragon fruit refresher w/ coconut milk
-my man had a peach mango refresher w/ coconut milk
We managed to eat street food on an island for days and not get sick, only to travel back home and get sick from our local Dunkin Donuts 🤦🏽♀️

Food good but the always toast my sandwich when it clearly says not to I get exhausted on having to reenter the drive thru

Service is improving since my last review update. Drive thru and curbside are really good however the order ahead and pick up inside is extremely hit or miss. Coffee has been on point but the hot eats have still been sub par. With not fully heated hash browns or wraps still a bit frozen.

No matter how complex the beverage order is, they always get it right. Food is always tasty and well presented. I tried the sourdough bacon, egg and cheese today. It was filling and tasty.
