Toki

I've ordered take out multiple times from Toki on Fury's Ferry and every time the service is very poor. The staff is very abrasive on the phone and in person. They offer no consideration for delays. The last time I ordered the estimated time for my order was 30 minutes. I showed up at the estimated time and still had to wait over an hour. I did not have a complicated order... literally just an order of hibachi chicken and another of hibachi chicken and shrimp. Despite the convenience of the location, I will not be back.

Arrived here for lunch, the restaurant was about 30 percent full, so I was immediately seated. It then took the waitress almost 10 mins to get my drink and appetizers. She then took 15 mins before she returned with them and when they arrived they were lukewarm. Waitress only came to drop off food and did not refill glass. I ordered the teriyaki chicken lunch special and it arrived hot but smelled burnt. While I did get a good amount of food, it was blah and left a strong after taste. But the rice and yum yum sauce was okay. Would not return there are much better places here.

DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT!!! My friend and I went to have lunch yesterday, when the the server brought out our salads and soups there was a roach on the tray, that crawled on our table. I com from a family that owned restaurants in New Yoek and cleaniness was a prior. Maybe , at one they had 4 stars but they need to clean qn exterminated.

Excellent service!! We came in with a large party. And the waitress was so good. She got all of our orders. And they all came out correctly. She was very tentative. We never ran out of drinks. And always had whatever sauce we wanted. She even remembered from my order that I didnt like mushrooms and kindly took them out of my soup. I didnt even have to ask. That was amazing considering our party size!! The portions are giant. And well worth the cost. And the food was always hot and was very delicious. Yes I would absolutely recommend this to any and everyone. Great experience thank you so much!! The pics I am adding are of what we had to take home. So you can see this is pretty large.
