The food and beverages are the standard good Dunkin' quality. The staff tries hard and generally does a very good job- especially at the drive-in window. Like most retailers they are still looking to fill openings (Nov. 2021), but compared to their competition they are doing much much better... especially in getting competent help who can & do learn and honestly want to do a good job.
Always enjoy my morning Dunkin' coffee ☕

I just had an experience with the rudest employee ever. Fat with brown hair and glasses. She screamed at me because i made a mistake on the app and ordered 2 coffees and asked her very politely how can i get a refund. there was a misunderstanding because she was spewing out hatred from her onn

Went by at 7:00 says they close at 9:00 front doors were locked so went through drive-thru to order a sandwich and was told they no longer doing hot food for the rest of the night! Complete b.s! How are you going to be open for 2 more hours and not do hot food...pure laziness!!

Drive through wait time is insane! Over ten minutes to get a mobile order!!! Nice people, but management needs to fix this

This Duncan makes the coffee right. The coffee is well mixed, clean (the lids of the cup didn't have coffee or anything on it when I actually received the coffee) and fast. Besides the customer service and coffee being superb, this place is beautiful. I don't think I've seen a more welcoming and beautifully setup Duncan Donuts

It's a great Dunkin's to NOT use the drive thru. It has a Very large interior with plenty of seating. Regular tables and chairs and 2 sets of Leather couches and chairs for relaxing and or having a private conversation. For what it's worth, there is an ATM inside.

During the Morning Commute this Dunkin in Marshfield gets Slammed so you know the Coffee is super fresh. The Team works like a Machine to get Everything from Coffee to Breakfast Sandwiches out Promptly🤩🤩🤩🤩
