Dunkin'

Last time I ordered online they substituted my item for something else and didn't tell me in the drive thru. So we turned around and went in I asked for what I ordered and they said they didn't have any. I would have been totally fine with if they would have told me in drive thru- inconsiderate and a waste of my time!

I frequent this Dunkin' and I have to say this location has the MOST ACCOMMODATING STAFF!!!! 2 weeks in a row on Wednesday I drove through the dive-thru and ordered 5 DOZEN Donuts and 100 Munchkins putting that store in a real bind due to my inconsideratness. The second week I did this, the store was really backed up and accidentally charged me for only 1 dozen of donuts. When I got to the drive-up window the young lady told me this, I told her that I wanted to pay for all of them and to just re-ring me back up but I was told "its okay, just write a review for us". I told her that for SURE I would write one. That literally brought me to tears as I drove away!! So here's to the Greatest Dunkin' Donuts to ever be in business!!!! PS. . . . . Employees that are training aren't treated equally nor is there time taken to fully train someone they have there own cliques there. They talk behind your back and laugh. Bad management and if your a cashier and are suppose to be cashier they will simply give your position away to a person that clearly does not know what they are doing at all. They just don't care about there employees and they have there favorites.
