Wish could give no star. Stopped here for breakfast on a road trip and I must say truly disappointed. Whataburger serves me best breakfast in fast-food option. But not this one. Everything from burritos to hash brown have a distinct cooking oil taste. Then they were out of creamers for coffee at 7 in the morning.

I ordered a fish sandwich and a grilled chicken sandwich, but on a tortilla. They were on point! Anna on the front counter was pleasant. I would like the fish grilled. The restaurant was clean and the young lady was working to clean it further. The restroom was tidy too. Not a long wait time.

McDonald's quality service with better than In-N-Out quality food. So I'd say my first Whataburger experience wasn't the best. At least to food was good enough to try and though just hopefully at a location with better employees.

First Whataburger visit ever that was not a 5 star review. The young lady that took my order yawned 3 times while taking my order. No cheese on the cheeseburger. Shake machine out of order so no shake. They forgot to give me my wife's apple pie. What a shame. My wife loves Whataburger.

We placed our order online for pick up, once we got there we were told the shake machine was down. We were told we could go online to get our refund, however we did not get told how to obtain our refund. We weren't even offered replacement drinks When we looked in our bag after we left we realized part of our food order was missing as well. so all together half of our order was missing! We paid a large amount of food for only four people and didn't even receive what we asked for. Wish there was a zero star option, worst experience ever!!!

We are passing through on our vacation, coming all the way from Missouri. The food was fresh and delicious, but the service made the experience even better! Angela is so bubbly and friendly she made the experience over the top!

I went in this Whataburger at about 2200 and ordered a #1 combo. When the girl brought me my food I asked a packet of regular ketchup and a packet of spicy ketchup. She then told me I could only have one...I thought she was kidding. Then she told me I could only have one packet because my fry order was small. On top of that the employees we screaming and carrying on behind the counter actually completely unprofessional. This is one of the reasons I need to not eat fast food especially Whataburger.

The kids had a child's chicken strip meal and a childs burger meal. Both were enjoyed. The child that had the burger said it was super juicy. I had a standard cheeseburger and onion rings and it was very good.
