It was my first time at the restaurant visiting a friend. I enjoyed the food and the hibachi experience. The person cooking the food did a great job of keeping us entertained. I feel like the food was cooked really quickly as well. I had the fried rice and chicken and shrimp (unpictured). I forgot to take pictures of the food. The fried cheesecake was good but it felt weird eating warm cheesecake. Overall great experience, I would go back.

This experience was an amazing one! Wonderful fast, polite service and yummy sushi. What a sweet surprise across from an overnight stop. The place was packed, but that didn't slow them down. If your passing through, please don't hesitate to stop by. We sat at the bar. It has chairs. I'd do it again. Sadly I only took a photo of my seaweed salad. I must have too hungry to remember to photograph my roll and sushi when it came. Hahaha

Delicious and fresh. We visited the day after Thanksgiving and the server was especially friendly. The food is yummy, and worth the prices. We tried a variety of dishes and were pleased with everything we ordered. I highly recommend the Jiana Roll and the Jalapeño Poppers from the app menu.

The sushi was okay. The fried cheese cake is delicious. I would prefer to drive to Longview for sushi. Cough cough Fuji's.😉 However, Injapan was a pleasant experience but we look forward to try the hibachi next time, it appeared to look more delightful. We will be back!!

To be honest, I have traveled quite a bit and this is the best Japanese food I’ve ever had! Authentic food and a friendly atmosphere! Ask for hibachi chef Han! Great place!

The food here is most certainly worth the price. The service is terrific, and the food quality and quantity goes beyond many people's expectations. Moreso, the food is authentic and shows care in the form of an artistic presentation. Eating here is an experience that each of us should have the pleasure of indulging in!

Great food! We ordered take out and our hostess who took our order was funny and had great customer service skills. We got our drinks and food fast and was able to go back to our hotel to eat. Parking lot is tight, but the food makes up for it.
