Subway

Was in town with my wife and decided to pick up something light to eat worst mistake I ever made. The Indian individual who was working didn't acknowledge us at first when we came in we waited until he felt pleased then he proceeded to ask what can I help you with . I started to give him the details of my order when he stopped me in my tracks because I made a mistake of ordering a foot long sandwich. He immediately got aggressive telling me that he doesn't do the $5 footlong deal. I told him I never asked for any deals I just want my footlong but I realized because he saw my dark skin I must be looking for a deal. My Caucasian friend who I let go before me ordered two footlongs and he never said that to him. I decided to leave the food there because of his attitude and I realized he wasn't the cleanest most sanitary individual. In this covid world we live in cant take chances . He did me a favor.

Oh my God! Stay away from this business. Horrible. The owner is soo rude. He doesnt know how to talk nicely to the customers. Hes thinking that that hes giving free food. The attitude is horrible. There is no water , and we have to buy bottled water. While I was eating I heard a customer telling him to behave nicely and he was arguing with that customer. I've never seen anywhere like this . Something is wrong with this owner. I have no idea how this business survived all these years with this customer service. Stay away people! Go and eat from a peaceful place not here. Your day will spoil with all this negative energy.

I arribe at the restaurant after my shift with intention of laying out and enjoying a meal, unfortunately that wasn’t what it happen. I had a lot of time without being treated so badly in a restaurant. The service is extremely bad and the 2 employees that were working at the time were plain rude. The guy that took my order was extremely impolite and it seemed that he didn’t want to take my order at all. I paid for a 2 meal sandwich, that includes a cookie/chips alone side a soda, and they didn’t want to give me the cookies! I was the only costumer at the time and haven’t even move from the register yet!. Overall, horrible experience, I will not come back to this place and I will even call subway’s customer service. Something must be done!

Horrible customer service. The guy acted like he was doing us a favor, taking our order. My daughter ordered a kids meal that should include a toy, Juice or milk, apple slices or cookie and a sandwich of her own choice. For her sandwich she asked for two slices of cheese but the guy said no, he told her that the policy was only 1 slice of cheese

Horrible customer service. The owner is incredibly rude and when we asked about something on the menu, he responded with "Can you read?" We even called afterwards to complain and he hung up on us. I'm gonna make it my mission in life to bombard Subway corporate to get rid of this insect. Would not recommend.
