Brooks Upper Crust Pizza

Hometown favorite, stopped by after driving most of the day and they are carry out and delivery only. Worth smelling it another 40 minutes to drive home to pop in the microwave and enjoy. Had the Chipotle pizza and got the kids a couple cheese to go. Wishing that Chipotle one had more sauce i would suggest some regular pizza sauce in addition. Building and facilities need some love. Really disappointed. I ordered BLT Pizza tonite. Without cheese. They left off the mayo sauce!!! So dry and horrible. It's my favorite pizza from them. This has happened twice to me. My daught n law picked it up and she didn't think to check it but who would order a pizza like that without the mayo sauce. I had to breK out my miracle whip jar. That was a mess. Very disappointed!!!@@

The title says pizza n grill, but the grill is where this place succeeds,cause pizza isn't their strong suit. They do claim to use real cheese, but the sauce is what kills it with no flavor... the dough does taste frozen and isn’t cooked enough. Their prices are high... we had 2 prime ribs and a small pizza cost us 66$. The prime rib was good, had about 30% fat on it... A1 wasn't needed which is always good. The baked potatoes are large, and doused with butter is good and filling. These could be a meal all on their own. Staff is friendly, always attentive. The bathrooms are clean, but they're in the basement... hold your nose, and the smell wont bother you. Give them a shot... you may love it. I will be back but only on prime rib nights.

This has been on my list to try for a long time and I finally got it accomplished! All for supporting local small business! The 10lb pizza looks incredible, but I didn’t try it. The breadsticks are awesome! Happy with the food, service and facilities are nothing to write home about. (Forgot to take a photo before I started eating)
