I just began seeing Dr. De Los Santos the latter part of Jan., 2022. I've seen her 3 times thus far. Today was my 3rd visit and I cannot find the words to express how impressed I am!! I wish I had moved to San Antonio years ago! Everyone is so nice, courteous, cordial, polite, smart, and just a pleasure to be around. However, above all is their professionalism and thoroughness!!! From the doctor, the nurses, the person who registers you, phone ladies, lab people, and to the people back in the Records Dept (those on the left side as one walks out the back)...everyone makes me feel cared about to the MAX!!! As for my health, I feel a lot better than the 1st time I saw Dr. De Los Santos!!!!! And I'm sure that with time, I'll be feeling better than EVER!!!! Thank you to everyone at this wonderful place sooooooooooooo very much!!!

I went to the lab department at this location to take a few tests for an upcoming surgery. From the lady working the front desk to the lady drawing blood. All were amazing. Patients were in and out. These ladies were providing amazing customer service to everyone. Considering how busy they were, their really wasn't any wait times. I hope they atleast take some time for themselves to eat lunch. Thanks ladies!

I've been under the "care" of several PCP's at this location and UHS system for about 20 years in total. One thing I realized, especially after today, is that more often than not, these visits are highly distressing and result in more of a venting session rather than offer the most optimal long term solutions that doesn't include a prescription or procedure to treat the SYMPTOMS. Forget about coming here if your interested in learning of root causes in hopes of finding a road to truly healing what ails you. Be your own advocate and do your research. If I followed every Dr's recommendations my gut and liver would've continued to suffer from the over prescribed antibiotics and other prescription medication. Don't even get me started on my experience with highly pushed medical advice to remove my appendix, which I refused, and the looks and lectures of judgement from Dr and staff that followed. Ironically, in my case, all it took was adding more anti-inflammatory herbs and food to my regimen...not ridding of the organ altogether because it serves no purpose as Dr.'s like to say. Remember, God does not give you spare parts like a car. Every organ serves a purpose and even if you can survive without it, another organ with have to work overtime to compensate! I've already naively let Dr.s remove my gallbladder when I was young and naive. My digestion has never been the same and I wish I had known what I know now. Surgery should be a last option, especially if rupturing is likely. In my case, it wasn't. The Dr even said it was several small stones, but it was better to just get rid of it rather than recommend I clean up my diet. I could go on and on, but again, do your research and trust you gut always.

This is the perfect office to call if you like to speak to rude receptionists (Melissa M. Is your person). They answer the phone so unenthusiastic and dismiss your questions and concerns. They also do an excellent job at cutting you off and getting as much information from you before your questions have been answered. You can tell this office really trains their staff to offer the most disappointing service. This office will boost your spirit, especially on a Monday morning.

I love coming here, its always so welcoming. Im always taken care of when I come here but today the front desk associate was extremely rude. When you come in she sits in the far left hand corner. I coukdnt hear her behind the mask and neither could a few other people. She was getting frustrated I could see. N, I didn't pull out my insurance card quick enough for her. She started blowing and stomping around. It was very unprofessional and immature. When you work with people you learn patience. I feel she was rude and either needs a vacation or to work in another field. Outside of her I had a great experience as usual.

The wait time for the visits are not too bad but when you call to make an appointment or have a urgent problem, you can forget it ! The phone lines are horrible and it's take forever to speak to someone like your on hold forever. Also the staff is ok some of them are nice and other not so much. The doctor that we have seen you can totally they are just trying to get on with their day and ask certain questions just to say they did their job but I never leave with my kids feeling like we had pretty good appointment. I always come out feeling like ehh it was ok, if I had better insurance I wouldn't come here.but I have no choice as of right now
