Dunkin'

If it was up to me I wouldn't have even given them 1 star. Very disappointed. I visited this place a few times with no major issues. Today I went in for my regular, medium mango fruited ice tea. After I finished sharing it with my boyfriend, I like to eat the fruits from the bottom. Starting to open the lid, I discerned a string of black hair in my drink. My hair is burgundy right now so I knew it definitely wasn't mine. I went right back inside and we showed them but they were being very nonchalant of the fact that there's hair in my drink. She said "We have already drunk the whole thing basically so we won't die" never going back there again.

Unpleasant staff with heavy downpours of frustration during the ordering process. This place seemed like a mix between a halfway house and a clean but very sterile and empty coffee chain. I only go here for my wife and find each experience more disappointing than the last. Next time maybe subway or the corner liquer store will have coffee thats better than the bitter and old coffee here .

The worst dunkin donuts in the area. Not only is the staff rude but they constantly have multiple people panhandling directly in front of the door. The inside of the building is dingy and dirty- I avoid this location at all costs even though it is around the corner from my home. So disappointing. The dunkin donuts on Stuyvesant is my go-to ! Staff is super nice and quick. Much easier to park there too !
