Wendy's

This was probably the one Wendy's that wasn't good. Usually at every single Wendy's offer been to, the burger is always fresh and hot and tastes like it was just made. Neither the chicken nor the burger tasted fresh. The Service seemed too fast, but the employees were very nice. I'm hoping it was justa one off but I'm eating this and wondering why it tastes like leftovers?

Took my order quickly and accurately, confirming my item modifications and then delivering very quickly on the food. I ordered a Dave's Triple, no tomato, add a patty. It was a large combo with a cherry vanilla coke with no ice. I also asked for a cup of water. I was through the drive through in less than 3 minutes with my order perfect. I haven't had that time and accuracy ever happen anywhere together, so after an otherwise crummy day, this was really nice. Thank you to the staff that made this happen.

If there was a negative # I would not even hesitant, Last Sunday at 5 pm the damn restaurant was closed when it was supposed to be at 10pm. !!! There were a couple of people in the eating area but all doors were locked. I wanted a reason why yet no one was able to respond I was really looking forward to a greasy burger today and a frosty . It was garbage food for the day for the month....but didn't happen !!!!

If i could give it a zero i would ! Stopped in after a softball game , starving. Stopped thru the drive through and was surprised to get my order so quickly ! Then i took a bite of my nuggets and noticed they were cold . Could have gotton past it but my hamburgers were cold and hard the cheese was not even melted and was breaking apart. So i went back through the drive thru and told the woman at this speaker that my food was cold in anitpation of having it redone and she proceeded to try and explain about the cheese and meat being cold and decided against it . I immediately asked to speak to the manager and when i got to the window i tried to hand the food back and she got snippy and proceeded to tell me " we cant take that back " so i told her i wanted a refund. What i assume was a manager stepped over but honestly would know since she never spoke and gave me my money back with even an apology ! Normally Wendy's has always been good to me but i will never be back to this location ever as it is obviously mismanaged! I guess hot food and customer service is not important at this location !
