Sheetz

I really like Sheetz. But this is probably the worst one I have been to travelling from Maryland. Ordered two hotdogs w/ a small curly fries and the whole order took almost half an hour. On top of that, both the hotdogs and curly fries are not fully cooked. To make it worst, one of the customer actually got his order earlier because she knows the staff working inside and they are just chatting the whole time while there is only five orders in total in the duration I was waiting.

The majority of customers in this crowded convenience store do not wear masks. Posted signs read "Face Coverings Required. If you are not wearing a mask, we respectfully assume it is due to a medical condition" – giving customers a built-in, no-questions-asked excuse to violate state law requiring the wearing of masks in public places. The manager told me they are "not enforcing the mask policy" and have asked employees not to ask customers to wear masks to "avoid confrontation" - which their corporate headquarters confirmed as the policy. Only one inconspicuous hand sanitizing station is being provided and high-touch surfaces (touch-screen ordering, credit card processing machines, etc.) were not being wiped down. A large contingent of non-mask wearing customers congregate near the food pick-up location. Sheetz is blatantly disregarding the health and well-being of their customers and employees by failing to comply with state law and take the same precautions as almost every other public business.

Not great. Missed the pepperoni roll in our order, when I went in to ask, they seemed to know already said they never had them in stock and gave me four bucks. Why didn’t they tell me that when they gave me the order? The fried pickle cup and Wisconsin cheese bite cups weren’t full and looked old. I love Sheetz, but this is the worst Sheetz I have ever been to.

My wife tried to purchase $10.00 in kerosene and she was told after her debit card was charged that the pump was down and that a refund would be automatically applied. A week later it showed that the money was taken from our account with no refund. At this point I called the store and spoke to karen who had no care or concern in fixing this issue. After that I called the 800 number and spent twenty minutes waiting to be connected.They were able to identify the issue in seconds. The charge went to the wrong pump.Karen please learn how to deal with customers.

Hello, I have a complaint about the night shift manager at the sheets located in Mansfield Pennsylvania. I've never had such a rude and unpleasant experience in one of your locations. I ordered food at the kiosk and after over 20 minutes of waiting I asked if my food was almost done, she then responded and said " can you give me a f*%&ing second" in a very rude tone I said ok and kept waiting after another 10 minuets she slammed my order onto the counter busting open one of my app sampler boxes and smashing a burger for my son. I will not be returning to that location. I apologize for any inconvenience I just clear to to the night shift manager at this location is not fit for her job. Many of my family members have also had unpleasant encounters with her and this was just the last straw

I'm a Sheetz fanatic, I've been to them in almost every state they are in and this is THE WORST. Stopped in to get food and beer with my family on vacation. The cashier insisted on seeing my wife's ID to sell me beer. I'm forty one years old and had my two sons with me. I get a weak excuse from Jodi that this is store policy. I've never been treated like this anywhere else. I took my business elsewhere and we'll be getting all our gas and food elsewhere as well.
