I came to this location on 4/27 Ordered an 8 piece chicken meal It was disgusting the chicken had to of been hot held for at least half of the day. It was dry, awful flavor and the breading was even nasty. My biscuits were so hard I could hardly break them apart. The manager I spoke to (if you can even call her that she had to get approval from someone to replace my order so not confident she was even a manger) was rude. I overheard her telling a coworker I was lying when being asked to bring back the food and my receipt. I understand asking someone to do this as a lot of people try to get free food but this was not the case. You know you were serving old nasty food and continued to do it anyway. Being a general manager myself, I would never allow that food out of my establishment. Retrain your managers on customer service and their hold times. If my children or I get sick from this I will be contacting the health department. I use to visit this location often but now hardly ever because 9/10 the food is nasty.

We placed an order and pulled up behind a women that was already at the window waiting on an order. We waited for a very long time and she apparently had been waiting awhile longer to the point she tapped on the window and not one employee acknowledged her. After awhile longer she became even more irritated and got out of her car and knocked on the window still No one came to help her we however saw at least 3 employees laughing and continuing on with their good time. After that we backed up and left! I'm absolutely disgusted with how business was conducted at this store and we will never return!

Wish there was a 0 star review! Seriously this place is a joke. They should be shut down! My mother in law ordered online almost 2 hours before I got off work (I work 3 minutes away!) for pickup at 6:15 and I get to the speaker and wait 20 minutes for them to even say welcome! Then they tell me they didn’t even start the order!!!! I get to the window and boom! They’re all standing in front of the window doing….. You guessed NOTHING! Yea you guys deserve less than minimum wage!

Well I ordered waited in the drive thru for 18 minutes then get told it’s going to be another 15 minutes because they have no pot pies! Really? Someone needs to do their job! Someone should’ve realize this before I even ordered it! Maybe if every time I went in there people weren’t standing around on their phones this wouldn’t happen!
