Pretzelmaker

One of the best places to visit in Ontario, Ohio the only original store left in Richland Mall, besides Wendy's on Richland Mall Road. Sometimes you need a frosty, some days you just need a pretzel bite, to remember the memories of Macy's Department store and it's spectacular holiday decorations, which were donated by the O Neal Family of Akron, from O Neal's Department Store.

The girls are rude. Keep political ideas at home. Being "Woke" when at work is uncalled for. That's my second to largest complaint. I've been here twice in the past month. The pretzels are just nasty. They taste stale they might be warm they're all to flavorless the imitation butter or whatever that they use in the bottle does not help a stale pretzel I guess what I'm stressing this that taste is just off. I'm not sure if I'm just going at the wrong time of the day and getting a cold patch or what but my experiences having let's say distasteful or the internet. I won't be returning anytime soon soon the Richmond Mall will be owned by Avita Health System anyways. If I were allowed to give zero Stars I would.

I had a very similar experience with upgrading to a lemonade. I believe it's almost $1.40 more to upgrade to the lemonade. It makes absolutely no sense why you lose a sauce because you pay more for a drink. What am I supposed to do, dunk my pretzels in the lemonade? I also feel that Michele needs some more training. She is definitely not fit to be a manager. She was very short with me and told me she doesn't make the rules, she can only me give one sauce if I upgrade to a lemonade. There should definitely be a sign posted making customers aware of this issue. The pretzels are good, but when you order a large pretzel bite you need more than one sauce and I don't feel you should be punished for choosing a lemonade. It will be a long time before I revisit this business and I will definitely not be visiting when Michele is there.
