Applebee's

First time to this location. Sat at the bar, as normal, service was quick for the drinks. Didn't bug us while we looked at the menu, but didn't ignore us either. Just kept watch, when we made our choice, he was right there. Food was great. Apple Bees is on our top 10 of places to eat. This one will be visited again.

The waitress was either new or just having a bad day. It's like everything we asked for she had a slight attitude. It's wasn't busy at all but it took FOREVER to get our appetizers followed by food. Our table was not clean and my bourbon chicken was VERY over seasoned. It was a very disappointing experience and I will NEVER visit this location again. I only gave 2 stars because the young lady working the door was the most pleasant person ever!

We were traveling on Easter Sunday so while we prefer to stop at non-chain eateries, there were none opened. We ended up at Applebee's. Our party of 4 were very pleased with our meals, the service, the cleanliness, and the pricing. We actually said "why don't we eat at Applebee's more often"? Definitely a good choice for us!

Two stars because the food wasn't absolutely horrible but the service was. And to be clear, This was a pickup order.That I tip 20% for Sarah D to come out to my car and be completely rude. 5 seconds of bad atttitude ruined my whole experience. I then called to speak to a manager and guess who answered the phone???? You guessed it... Sarah then lies to me and refuses to place a manager on the phone. Do not waste good time or money here... The food was mediocre at best! But terrible attitude left a bad taste in my mouth.

We met up with family at this central location for all of us. Our server was great, the food delicious. The only drawback was the level of the music. They did turn it down when we requested so our hearing-aid wearing family members could hear the conversation at the table. The music was returned to the previous level which we took as our cue to leave although we weren't quite ready. ;)

My Medium steak was well done. When they brought our replacement it was Raw. It was like they were trying to be jerks about it. My daughter's steak(different size) was the opposite supposed to be well done closer to med/med well. It was very charred on the outside to look done which she tried to scrape off to find out it wasn't even well done.

In all fairness, this place was under staffed and staff was overworked. Waited 20 minutes for drinks. Had to ask for silverware and napkins. Riblets were burnt crisp and tasteless, obviously frozen. Sent them back. Was told I could sub any side for fries. Ordered Onion rings as my side.. they were brought out as appetizer, which cancelled our salads. got fries anyway. 3 kids came in 20 min after us, received drinks within 5 minutes, and their food at least 10 min before ours. Have never experienced such a thing at any other Applebee's.
