Panera Bread

This is the second time this week that I ordered an iced caramel latte and there was no espresso in it. I even questioned the lady who gave me the drink when I saw the cup that looked like plain milk with caramel in it. I know when there’s no espresso in a latte and there was none in this drink. There’s a distinct taste and color when you add espresso into milk. I would have gone back and asked for it to be remade but I shouldn’t have to tell them how to make a drink, I will not be going back and I am extremely unhappy. I will contact upper management because this was the manager who gave me my drink and she obviously doesn’t know what she is doing. 0 out of 5 stars for the Manitowoc Panera.

This place is brand new. Everything looks great. Parking lot well maintained. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Lots of different options for food and bread items. The food here is really good but I always leave still feeling hungry. The prices are a little higher than I’d like to pay. I spent about $13 on just my own meal.

Poor management. Horrible service. And make sure when you order something they put it in the bag right away otherwise you give it to people in the Drive-Thru and you wind up with nothing or they try to give you something you didn't want just ask for your money back and leave patronize someplace else.
