It really feels like they are constantly out of items on the menu. Buffalo chicken nope. Mac and cheese bites nope. Nobody has a clue when they will get shipment :/ think they need a new supplier. They have other items but their ok really frozen corn dogs re heated, sloppy Joe's are good. Ice cream seems to be be only thing that you are guaranteed really. Makes us question if we really should go or not. Ice cream you are pretty solid on if that is all you want. 3/9/22 here is how messy the Buffalo chicken is not even unwrapped without given a napkin.

We enjoy going to the Manhattan and New Lenox Creamery because they still have the contract with the Original Rainbow Cone in Chicago. The other Creamery locations in Frankfort, Tinley Park, Homer Glen don't.
We were very disappointed after receiving the Rainbow Cones that the ice cream was soft and partially melted. These ice cream cones are over $6 each. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, they informed me that they were aware of it and their freezers are not properly working!! This should have been told to us ahead of time!!
Please have your freezers fixed or notify your customers prior to ordering

We usually have good experiences at this location but we just ordered an Oreo shake and a caramel apple sundae and they were awful. They both we're very liquidy and the sundae tastes weird and didn't taste like apple or caramel. This was at 830pm Aug 21.

My experience at creamery was so freaking dope. Angie the lady at the cashier register is such a phenomenal service; her hospitality and personality with her sense of humor was fabulous. 6/5 recommend stopping by if you’re on the road and looking for a nice lil small town bite.
