We ate here yesterday and I have to give huge props to the staff here. When we came in we could tell it was busy but still got seated quickly. We overheard that they were short staffed that day. But with our service you would have never known ! The staff was exceptional at getting everything out in a timely manner and checking on us to see if we need anything. Even the cooks helped bring out plates to us! ( that’s awesome teamwork ) Such polite workers , great customer service skills , and truly hard workers over all. And the food was delicious. Great experience thank you.

Wort curbside pickup ever. Checked in online. Got a message that "we see you here and someone will bring your order out shortly" nothing indictating I also had to call. Waited 20 minutes. Went inside. No one at register or host stand, waited another 5 minutes. Finally someone came over, asked my name, and handed me a bag that had been sitting on the back counter since before I had come in. I asked why no one brought it out. He asked if I called and I said I had checked in online. He said "you have to call" and walked away as I was starting to ask another question. To top off the experience, when I got home I found a side order of hash browns was missing (double checked the emailed receipt and it was on there). Wonderful way to ruin an otherwise good morning. We were splurging a bit to treat ourselves today, wish I had just stayed ho.e. I"ll be sure to let everyone I know not to bother to order from this IHOP. They do not care if they do something wrong.

Horrible food. Don't forget to ASK for your discount if you are a Senior. AGE 55+. THE MANAGER has issues understanding how to let people know, they are ENTITLED to a discount. And one waitress states she doesn't believe anyone under 65 should be eligible, so she doesn't offer it at all. However, if Military personel comes in, in uniform, they receive their discount automatically. ASK!!! Learn how to ask. The GM needs to be fired, also! Train your people properly!
