Staff is absolutely amazing. I go in sometimes even when I'm not hungry to get my 2 bacon egg and cheese on English muffin just to go in.

This group of women were great today! Totally engaging all their guest's old and new! They were funny cracking jokes amongst each other and the people in line. And they were honest, as I left my phone there and realized after getting home. They had my phone and some child's barbie torso ready to be returned! Thank you ladies!!!!

First of all their are rules posted for patrons to follow for everyone's safety. wear a mask only 3 people at a time in the shop. Well this morning none of that was happening and the servers were not enforcing it. One of the workers was wearing her mask on her chin. This is unacceptable 😤

I get here at 8:40, and they have thrown everything's out. Only can get coffee. I worked for Dunkin for years, if you close at 9, you serve everything until close. Server was rude and said we trashed everything because we close in 10 minutes. No, they close in 20 and that's not right. Never again will I go to a Dunkin do to the rude server and nothing but coffee available. Horrible.

I had a great experience going here until today I didn’t have enough money in my debit card and she yelled saying I don’t have enough had money she Extremel Nasty I wish I got her name because that’s was one of the most terrible experience

Always friendly, fast and gets my order right every time! However, Its a small location in a busy commuter neighborhood with no drive thru, so its get crammed in there easily during peak hours (thats the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars)

The employees are all very nice. They work very hard. And for the person who wrote about the staff getting upset about the tips. You need to make sure you know what your talking about because the salem stret maplewood dunkin donuts does not have a drive up window. And they dont make what you think they do because of people paying with their phone app or debit cards.😰
