Popped in here on a Saturday afternoon. Very warm welcome from behind the bar. Plenty of parking. Beer selection was not amazing but well kept cask beer. I didn't order food but it looked great with people able to take food from the Vegan Skull Grill inside. Good mix of people. I should come back for one of the band nights!

First time visiting and ill definitely be back again! The food was incredible, the best pie I've eaten for sure!! (Compliments to the chef) very reasonably priced menu. Service was prompt with a friendly manner. 10/10 highly recommend this gem of a resturant!!

Sunday night Open Mic night experience was very good. A good range of musicians attended and some great talent on display. Friendly bar and cozy but not inhibiting pub. Parking was the only downside as it's quite a walk from any legal parking spots and the parking spaces alongside are quickly filled. Definitely worth a trip if you like local music.

They've got Ghost Ship on tap! Dog friendly, the loos were nice, and the woman behind the bar was super friendly and lovely. I'll be back!

This is an excellent family pub by day and a superb pub for the older generation by night. Excellent live music/bands which is very worth the evening out!

Very busy in the garden you need to book in advance for a weekend table. As friendly and hospitable as ever under trying circumstances.
