Dunkin'

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location DD! Workers are rude. I ordered their signature new salted caramel cold brew and they were so confused on what I ordered. I ordered food and they asked me multiple times what i ordered. With the salted caramel cold brew I don’t know if it’s cream added on top so I asked “ does this have whip cream” and one of the workers very rude like commented “ we don’t put whip cream on cold brew why would we add that” and I clearly saw them make it and they didn’t make it right because it didn’t taste like salted caramel AND they did add whip cream. Very disrespectful and disappointing. I’ll keep going to the DD by gammon like I’ve always gone too. Lost a customer Sorry. Management should have a talk to workers are their attitude towards customers.

This egg and cheese sandwich smells and taste like restaurant sanitizer chemicals. Looked up on reddit and its apparently common with dunkin. This is a big issue as it can cause not only discomfort but vomiting. I worked at Einstein bagels for 5 years, I get it. The rushes, microwave eggs, hangry people. I did it all And never went so fast that i risked not cooking food properly or cleaned something inproperly. I tolerate a lot but this is unacceptable, it can make people sick. Also the coffee is brewed to hot. It's burnt and not even enjoyable 😒

THE CASHIERS STEAL YOUR INFO!!!! I went there a couple of weeks ago and paid with a gift card. They took FOREVER to give me back my card which was strange since usually they’re fast about everything but I didn’t think much of it. About 15-20 min later when I tried to use my card again it didn’t go through and when I checked the card had been used up with online eBay purchases (I’ve never used EBay) SO BE VERY AWARE OF WHAT THEY DO WITH YOUR CARD. I’m 100% sure the cashier took down the card info and used it for her eBay purchases. This led me to stop going to Dunkin’ You suck Dunkin.

The adult staff here and the sweetest people on Earth. But almost all but 2 teenagers are extremely rude. I have gone through their drive thru countless amounts of times being helped by a teenager. At the window, I haven’t been told my total when they have taken my payment and basically a few to no words are said through the entire process. They need to have a second look at their employees right now.
