Mcdonald's

The service here is terrible!! The drive thru is always backed up out to the street. If you do plan ahead and place a curbside order expect to wait 30 minutes or more to get your order. Lastly, this place can't get your oder right!!! Special orders get botched and items get left out of the bag. If your passing Madera looking for a meal go ahead and skip this place I'll save you a headache.

Omg..no one was in line. We were the only ones in the place. 5 different customers came in ...we ordered & waited...& Waited & waited. After 15 min our order was ready. Fries were cold our hamburgers looked like they had been sitting there all day. People were walking in, waiting 5 min & walking out. Never again will I go there.

I mobile ordered a 20 pc nuggets as well as some other food items and when I got home I only had a 10 pc? I called and asked politely if I go back to the store with my food if they could correct my order I was then told they could comp just the nuggets or I could go in tomorrow to pick it up... why would I want my dinner for tonight tomorrow??? When I explained my frustration with that solution she (Stephanie I believe her name was) then got angry and tried to send me to customer support?? I'm sorry but customer support didn't screw up my order... This was TERRIBLE customer service and as someone who works in the food/service business I'm honestly shocked with how little patience this "manager" had. I'd be horrified to work here and I will gladly never return if that's the standard of employees at this location. ALSO CHECK YOUR FOOD... Because apparently they don't know how to count :)

This place is the worst ever.. after ordering drive thru and being told to pull over and wait for my order I waited 40 minutes then my husband walks in and asks for our order and they told him they had given it to us and we actually never received it. Then they proceed to tell us they switched to lunch menu so they can't give us our breakfast.. it was so upsetting! So rude of them. The worst place ever. I would never recommend anyone to go to this Mc Donald's unless you want to sit and pay for bad service and possibly not even get your food. I wouldn't even give this place a one star.
