Took 39 -40 min to get my food from drive thru then all the employees had no hair nets on. They was confused about my order. Lots of talking fussing horseplay. After getting my order 35 min later late for work waiting on the food. I get to work and the fish is old hard no taste so I’m highly passed off. They had to thaw out my catfish it was not good either I spent 20 dollars for a three piece country style meal and a extra piece of catfish and was not pleased at all oh yea my cheese cake tasted old too.

Worst experience ever!! I ordered online and paid. The website stated drive thru or pick up in dining room. When I got there the dining room doors were locked and so I had to get at the back of the line in the drive thru which had about 10 cars ahead of me. I am not kidding when I say this but I literally waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for my food in the drive thru. If I had not already paid I would have driven off. Will not be going back!!!

Manager on duty with dreads refused to give me his name after making me wait literally an hour in line just to tell me he can't break a hundred. At first wouldn't even come to the window then proceed to argue back and forth asking his cashier what I was saying through the window. Then STILL made me wait an additional 15 minutes bc my order wasn't finished. When I asked for the store number no one knew it. Not even the SO CALLED MANAGER ON DUTY. I NEED someone from corporate to call me back. I've never received such horrible custo.er service in my life.
