It's been two plus years since covid officially hit, maybe we should update the Google hours from 24 hours to the actual hours the store is going to be open. Because I feel like everyday is different

Walked in (was open) with open kiosks, sat in the place for 30 minutes and then they kicked us out and voided our orders claiming they were “closed” after we waited for 30 minutes with no one helping us. Horrible customer service would not come back again. I already disliked Mcdonald’s. Extremely rude staff.

Coffee is ok, the rest of the food is total garbage, no fault of this franchise, it's very clean and modern, and the staff is very upbeat, and helpful. If you are used to eating this stuff, you'll enjoy it.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the history of McDonald’s. The owners should lose their franchise license today. I’ve lived in the area for eight years and I’ve never had good service at this location. The last two times they decided to close an hour and a half early. Go anywhere else but here.

This McDonald’s is definitely the worst I’ve ever been to, hours on Google state that they’re open 24 hours. This however is not the case at all, this store arbitrarily picks and chooses when to close and when to open. Always a line onto 23 Mile Road because they only keep one drive-thru lane open. There’s a sign on the door stating that the dining room is open, this again was not the case. The staff here is very rude, unhelpful, and just downright unprofessional. I would not recommend anybody go to this McDonald’s location, as it will no doubt lead to a bad experience.

Completely screwed up my order. Don't bother ordering the new menu items, they give you just, the pieces of it? And even those aren't right. Don't listen over the speaker, just. Bad. Genuinely ruined our day.

Pulled through the drive thru and an employee was literally vaping inside over all the food. I could see all the smoke and smelled it from inside my car.

Always went to this McDonald's during my lunch time... always super busy out on the drive thru.. ive always go inside to order because its more faster....
