E.b. Gators

Good customer service, nice atmosphere, lacking a drink menu for alcohol, interesting choice of food selections. Kid friendly (daytime) have high chairs and colorable kids menus. Updated their menus. Food was terrible and way too expensive for the trouble. Didn’t have most of what we wanted so we had to settle for other stuff and none of it was good.

Ok, well it was my first experience, a friend told me EB Gators was the place to eat. We went and it's was 90 outside and felt warmer in the restaurant. There was only 1 waitress and 1 cook, the waitress looked stressed and very hot. We placed our order and the cook only got 2 of our orders right. I ordered a taco salad without onions and it came with onion, I told the waitress and she said she told the cook make sure there wasn't onion. Well they replaced the taco salad, it came without nacho chips and way to much meat. I couldn't eat it because of the heat inside the restaurant. I feel it would have been a better experience if they had more help and air conditioning

Very unhappy with this place. Gators used to be the place to go on the weekends. Always had great food and beer. Tonight they had 4 bartenders and still Took 20 mins to get a drink and Was told by a bartender “To go to the other bar to get a drink we don’t have any glasses or cold beer” in a very nasty way like it was my fault. The other bar only excepted cash which I didn’t have. I had a open tab with my cc at the main bar. The food made my girlfriend very sick to the point we had to leave. Very said to see this bar go downhill. Definitely won’t be in business very long.

Horribly understaffed. Waited 30+ minutes on a drink at the bar and never got it. Never took our food order but the table behind us who ordered before we got there left saying it had been over 45 minutes since they ordered their food and were still waiting so we took the hint and didn't waste anymore time waiting for service. Bar tender didn't know how to make a martini so pawned it off on a girl who had no idea what she was doing behind the bar and didn't look old enough to drink, let alone serve. Just want to share a warning for others, until staffed the service is horrible!

The food was absolutely amazing I've never tasted something so flavourful. The staff there are very friendly and kind and very interactive with their guest.. I have to say the place is overall fabulous.. the drinks made by the bartender were absolutely delicious.. I will most definitely go here again for sure

Lyons doesn’t have much to choose from so we were excited when Eb gators opened at the old Studebakers spot. The food is terrible and takes years to get mediocre bar food. The bartenders are highly inattentive, slow, and not to mention rude. 4 bartenders and it still takes close to 30 mins to get a BEER. Don’t bother asking for any kind of mixed drink outside of you typical jack and coke. A patron next to me asked for a lime for her drink the bartender said yes and immediately walked away and served another customer after another after another before completing her task at hand. She NEVER got the lime. Simple task. Not to mention the bartenders rolling eyes or completely ignoring you. Ive been in bars with 75% or more capacity with staff with are 160% more efficient. Terrible staff. Not to mention my Husband and I opened a tab and when we received our bill there were several disputes, not to mention if you pay cash the bartenders change the pricing when they see “fit”. Stealing from patrons. Seems everyone I speak to has had similar issues. To top it all off this place has exhibited racial discrimination NUMEROUS times. This place has gone down hill fast, revamp, get new management and staff save the restaurant while you can. Otherwise, EB gators will be another failed attempt at a restaurant/bar at the hands of poor management.
