Barley & Rye Bar

A great place on the main strip to stop and eat with a cozy atmosphere! The food was amazing. I sat at the bar which offers full service. The bar tender was very polite and speedy. The food came out very fast and delicious. I ordered the Mexican salad with house smoked pulled pork on top. Holy cow, it was fantastic. Would definitely stop in and enjoy the place again! Edit: have come here three more times. It keeps getting better and better! The Brisket Grilled Cheese is probably one of the best things I’ve ever tasted in my life.

Husband ordered the Dirty Russian sandwich and asked to substitute Cole slaw for the sauerkraut. He loved it. I ordered from the build you own menu. The options are broad and fit any taste. Mine was fantastic. Was surprised the bowl was...a bowl....not a corn tortilla bowl. No worries, it was good all by itself.

I've been here twice so far, and I've had excellent service and excellent food. Their menu is mostly a barbeque/sandwich fare, with the back being dedicated to a "make your own" menu, that includes bowls and wraps. Everything I've had the chance to try on their menu has been great, and I would highly recommend giving it a chance. And try their house made cheese sauce.

Went here for lunch and I must say I was very impressed. I was greeted with a smile and a welcome, I ordered the pulled pork build your burrito and it was great. Pork was tender beens were seasoned very good. I loved it.... I am from Chicago and very critical of food so a 5 star rating is rare but this a definite exception. Keep up the great work;-)
