Subway

I always eat at Subway but now I'm not eating at this Subway on 5015 University Ave suite A-2 lubbock tx 79413 It was nasty and the people that was working that night did not have the hair covered or nothing and their bacon was in their cheese and I don't know if it was raw or cooked it didn't look cooked so it looked nasty and it was just messy and when the customer says light on the manys they put a ton of Many's on it

This is nothing that I ordered and looks absolutely disgusting then when I tried to call and report what I received the guy named Aj was being very unprofessional. He said I’m the head honcho around here how can I fix it then when I explained he said oh my boss isn’t here right now, hhhmm your head honcho but yet when a complain comes around your boss isn’t here!! He stated he didn’t know how to give refunds etc and I believe if your head honcho u should know your job. He then states that he’s just a regular employee and thought he was getting pranked!!

No hello no welcome no smile. Ordered a steak and cheese on a foot long. He put 4 slices on it. I asked for 2 more. Eye roll from employee. Adds 2 slices charges 1.00 extra for 2 slices of cheese. 10.79 for sandwich no chips or drink. I think I can spend 10.00 on a meal elsewhere and get more for my buck. Just sayin

But staff is amazing polite. 03/22/2020 There are only 2 workers here that make it less pleasent a African American girl(she is slower than molasses and her watch gets in every single sub, she's a super slow at cashiering and I don't know why she is allowed to even stay hired.), and a newer white guy(he's constantly vaping outside the store spreading smoke everywhere,he spends time dropping things whether it's people subs or not really having a customer service attitude behind the counter or dropping ice container), since the hiring of those two employees the place has been super dirty however I have never gotten sick from their food. . I do not like their smoked brisket sandwiches. I will be avoiding that sandwich the meat was not great tasting to myself. Didn't like the look of the tomatoes, most were not red and a lot were under ripe severely green lots with the core that was pale. 6/3/19 Service was great. Tables were clean. Right now 12:24pm they are extremely busy bey of massive mail in coupons. All Subway's will be busy until like July 8th. 5/31/19 Great service and always willing to assist customers first.Wish the tables were cleaner but this place stays reasonably steady.
