The very loud classical music was a little overwhelming for my autistic child, and the extremely bright lights. But it was clean and staff were friendly

It's a clean place, nice food, polite staff. There's a lift for wheelchairs and pushchairs. You can eat inside or outside or use the drive through or have food delivered. Just be warned you can only park for 90 minutes or you will be fined.

Bit slow with table and counter service. Seemed to be focused on just eat orders instead of doing them in order received however the food was piping hot and as always delicious. Felt over looked by the just eat drivers hence low score for atmosphere

The restaurant was reasonably quiet, though we were waiting around 10 minutes for our food. When we got it the seating downstairs is fairly limited, so I had to carry a tray of food and drinks upstairs with 3 children (they were walking I wasn't carrying them or carrying them on the tray) the food was as expected, nothing special, you know what you are getting! The restaurant was clean and tidy, though it would have been nicer to have more staff visible either on the counter or walking around upstairs.

Amazing as always. Pleasant staff. On this visit i witnessed a particukar member of public get very ratty (over a very small thing) to a relatively new member of staff. She handled it brilliantly despite looking quite shaken after. She kept professional with a beaming smile.

Food was hot even the chips and they didnt get my order wrong.
Totally honest, its very strange as you kind of always expect this kind if stuff at mcdonalds especially from other places more local to me.Been all over the uk, can count on 1 hand the amount of times i got hot chips with my meal at mcdonalds. This place is a treat.
I guess they actually interview their staff for the job here because they are fantastic.
Best mcdonalds ive ever been to due. Kinda jealous, the ones near where i live are rubbish.

Very nice workers, food is not that bad, expensive but its McDonald's so it would be.

Only used the pickup counter, so can't give atmosphere a great score. But staff very friendly and helpful, food was good, but then again if you've had one macdonalds , they taste the same wherever you get one.

On this occasion, I decided to use the McDonald's Phone App to place my order. This was very smooth plus I also find that you often appear to get greater choices due to the way in which the side options are all laid out. I say this because when generally ordering inside the restaurant or at the drive-through, you wouldn't get the options for say a carrot or cucumber or fruit bag offered to you as an option to fries or ice cream dessert.
The staff were great on the day and time of my visit and The Mighty McMuffin with Hash Brown side with Double Espresso was delicious 😋
