We had an issue with the order we received, the issue was with Just eat NOT crown Lounge, we took the food back to Crown Lounge and they couldn't have been more helpful, they rang Just eat whilst we waited and got our poor service from the just eat driver resolved, the manager and the staff were very helpful in this situation, they even offered to cook us a free meal.my daughter has put a bad review on just eat web site, but the bad review is for just eat not crown lounge, they were only mentioned as that was where the food was ordered from, we have had food from here many times before and never had an issue with the food.
In future we will not go through just eat we will go to the restaurant and pick up,
Thank you to the lovely manager and his staff for their help even after I wasn't very nice to them I apologised to the manager and his staff for my outburst.

I was hesitant to order from Crown Lounge due to mixed reviews but gave it a go and don't regret it. We ordered 3 curries (tikka masala, korma and butter chicken). They were very tasty and fresh. The chicken was tender. I would go there again!

It was so nice to be served good tasty food in an unhurried and relaxed atmosphere. Ice cold Cobra beer, crisp poppadoms with 4 dips and delicious curry.

Excellent and Fresh and Indian Food served We visited Crown Lounge Beven street Lowestoft.The place is beautiful with nice light and ambience! We tried multiple things including Prawn puree,Mango delight,Tandoori Chicken,Chicken Tikka masala,Lamb Biryani,Everything was awesome! My personal favourite was the mango delight! I would love to go again to this place!
The only thing that put me off was the kind of music and volume at which they played music! Even when we asked them to lower the volume, they were not okay with doing that!
Other than that, the service and staff was awesome 👍
With lots of complimentary drinks and discounts🥂

Great food every time we've ordered!
We had a off week last week with them due to how busy they were but we're extremely nice about it and even offered a main course today.
Our local indian now for sure!

On holiday in the area. Looked for an Indian Restaurant in the area. We weren't disappointed when we found the Crown Lounge. Friendly helpfull staff, food was fantastic as well. Highly recommend a visit to this place. They also do takeaway. Bonus.

Only tried once tonight via delivery from this restaurant and all I can say is wow. Best Indian I've ever had so far. The naan bread was just like years ago , nice and soft and large in size. The rice comes in a full tray , not like other places who gives out only half size trays. And everything else in taste was just fantastic. The chicken was so tender as well..I can't wait to visit the restaurant next time. I can only give top reviews 👍I strongly recommend to anyone
