Gotta disagree with some of the other reviews. In my opinion, the food is excellent, all of the sides are delicious, food is always the right temperature, even on busy nights. The beer on the other hand, well, let's just say it's a good thing that they have guest taps.
The ribs are my favorite, a huge portion, and the flavor is so good, sauce is optional.

Beers were a nice change from other new microbreweries, as they were refreshing and full of taste, not just full of hops and odd flavors. Service was top notch and food was OK at Bubs. Give OLWH a try! You will not be disappointed!

Excellent prices and service. Delicious food. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Great selection of microbrews. The root beer is locally made and the root beer float is the best I have ever had. Great breaded tenderloin sandwich.

I had pulled pork it was cold! The waitress said if she stick in microwave it will dry out! Ummm if u already have it in a pan with juices it shouldn't. The warmest on my plate was the bourbon apples it was really warm. Poor excuse for bbq! Hog wild in Midlothian way better. Do Not waste ur time or money! Doesnt deserve a star but had to for the review.

I really feel this place deserves two separate ratings. Beer from Watering hole was Amazing 5 stars.
Food from Bubs was sub par It would be generous to give it 3. I will try again ordering something different but the bbq I got was below average for bbq, and the cp lowell area really could use good bbq. I had high hopes.

My daughter & I Just had the most awesome sausage & cabbage soup, Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese with Liz’s Award Winning Carmel Apple Bread Pudding with Pumpkin Spice Valpo Velvet ice cream!!!
