Taco Bell

I came there last night at 8:30 PM. I sat in line for 30 to 40 minutes. Got home the food was stone cold and stale. This is actually a picture of my two crunchy taco Supremes. Sorry the picture of the soft tacos you’re really can’t see cold and stale. I went there at noon time today to speak to the store manager and was told he does not come in until after 4. I returned again at 5 o’clock and spoke to a manager Jay who was absolutely terrible at his job. He explained to me that the store manager is named Alex and will not be in for two weeks. I then asked for the district managers name and number and told me they don’t have one nor have to answer to any corporate rules. Now Jay had no desire whatsoever to make this right.or right there mistake. I left my name and number and asked for the store manager to call me back but I will be pursuing this to corporate first thing tomorrow. The manager Jay has no business in the position he is in he should be terminated immediately for the way he treats customers. I have a Live two blocks away from this place for the last 13 years and I don’t know if I would ever go back to this place again because of him I would give them a zero stars but it makes me leave at least one even though they don’t deserve it!!!! And this is all for an order that was under just under $10.

After placing my order for my toddler who specifically cannot eat tomatoes, i specified the order couldn’t contain any. After driving home we noticed they had still included them, no big deal when I called to speak with an associate about our order, she gaslighted me and said no refunds could take place or fix my order due to covid. Also she hung up mid-sentence with me on the phone. I’m highly upset. I refuse to ever place an order with a company who allows their associates to treat their customers this way. $20 on garbage my child couldn’t even eat.

Me: Can I please get 6 pcs buffalo wings? LOWELL Taco Bell: Here is tikka masala with lots of gravy like you asked for!! Absolutely disgusting! NO ONE, I REPEAT, NO ONE, INDIAN, OR AMERICAN, NO ONE WOULD WANT THIS MUCH BUFFALO SAUCE IN THEIR WINGS. ESP NOT LIKE THE ONE IN THE IMAGE WHICH LOOKS MORE LIKE TIKKA MASALA THAN BUFFALO WINGS.

The food is ok and the service was extremely fast... but why did they set up a long row of safety cones to mark the drive-thru, which makes everyone drive into about 8-9 massive, 6 inch deep potholes one after another? The road is smooth on the other side of the cones🥴 but that side is blocked off. I asked the worker at the drive thru why they make the drive thru line drive into huge pot holes like that, and he said he thinks they do it on purpose to slow down the customers who drive in at "90 miles an hour" lol

My 4$ taco 😡 the workers were friendly but the quality is always lacking they seem to be rushing alot to make the products and skimp or forget ingredients. This is the new double layer taco I think they forgot the inner layer. My recent visit with New photos we got the party pack with beefy 5 layer burritos minus beans. I think they took that as minus everything. 3 had only beef and one as you can had minus beef also i guess its a negative 5 layer burrito unless the bread is a layer im not sure lol. They are always skimping on ingredients or maybe moving so fast they forget to add them. The workers were friendly ive never had an issue there its just quality/quantity of food. The tacos were fine that came in the box. The burritos were unacceptable and an embarrassment.
