Wendy's

This location can get pretty busy. And for a study as it sometimes gets, they serve their customers pretty quick! Food is usually always fresh and hot. Inside the restaurant is usually pretty clean as well as the restroom. However the soda and/or the ice taste a little off. Employees I've encountered are very friendly. Prices are your typical fast food average and even cheaper if you use the Wendy's app!

Worst Wendy’s. Note to a manager: the staff on 6/25/22 at 4:00PM was horrible. If you’re looking for “FAST” food, do NOT go here. Terrible service. They took 10+ minutes to take my order at the drive through…Then, after asking what I wanted to order, completely stopped answering! So I parked my car and walked inside — they hadn’t even placed my order! I waited another 15 minutes before getting my meal and then they still made me pay for it, after wasting so much of my time. Outrageously bad service, these workers should be reprimanded.

Ordered from drive-through at 10:25am. Breakfast menu on the screen which I hadn’t seen before. “Number two” a croissant, I ordered. It looked pretty good, “and a large hot coffee”. Waited in the drive through line quite a while, got to the feed window, received a two hour old cold medium coffee. “Last coffee we served was about 8:30” My cup had been poured from that pot. Then I was given a bag of chicken nuggets and fries! I guess that was because, by now, their breakfast hours were over. Funny how they’ll gladly serve breakfast’s coffee even if it’s from a pot that turned off two hours prior, but if I order breakfast and they have me wait until lunch menu’s on, I get a surprise meal! Well, at least, they gave me a large hot coffee later. But no sugar, “‘coz she said she already gave that to you”. And I had already put it into the cold medium one. ‘Coz I had trusted they’d give me what I’d asked for. Lesson learned; don’t trust this vendor.

This is the absolute worst Wendy's I have ever been to. At night the crew shuts off the lights so people will think they are closed. They close the dining room early and when the line gets long at the drive thru you can't walk in to order. Today I was the only 1 in the drive thru and it was 5 minutes to get a soda and a frosty.
