Loved this spot! I had the brisket breakfast tacos and was completely amazed, they were incredible!!! The eggs, potatoes, brisket, and hatch chili salsa all blended together perfectly! I also loved the restaurant itself, the space was wonderful with plenty of comfortable seating. Finally I left with two of the best cookies I think I've ever tasted, a red velvet and a sea salt chocolate chip, unbelievable, these cookies are thick and baked to absolute perfection!!! All in all a wonderful breakfast experience!!!

The brisket is a bit dry but still tasty. The corned hash breakfast bowl with avocado taste super delicious! Their coffee is smoothly done.

On the outskirts of Thai town, and south of Franklin Blvd. You’ll see a little street sprinkled with small eateries and store fronts. Amongst them you will find Bolt. It’s a handsome building, with beautiful marquee letters that display the cafes name. The interior is just as nice. The rustic industrial feel, with tall ceilings gives it a wide open space feel. Loved the interior design and appreciated the cute little outdoor patio in the back. They had a variety of breakfast foods and lunch options on their menu. I ordered the breakfast pasta, and my husband ordered the chilaquiles. Both looked promising and we were very excited to try the food. My breakfast pasta was pretty good. Reminded me of an omelette with bits of pasta mixed in. The bits of bacon and sausage were delicious. Though it didn’t look it, it was actually quite filling. The chilaquiles (which were on the special menu) on the other hand were absolutely horrible. Not at all what a chilaquiles is supposed to be. Horrible chips that rivaled those from a gas station. It lacked the beans, the flavor, and everything about it tasted like it came out of a can. Seems the dishes here are a bit of a gamble, so pick wisely. It’s a beautiful place to spread out, study or meet up for some pastries or coffee. But not quite sure the food is up to par just yet.

This was a good place for breakfast. The size of the meal we had was pretty decent and ended up having leftovers for later in the day. The ambience was very calm and still it was bustling at the same time. The people at the front took their time to explain the various meals and what goes into them. While there was a lady complaining about mask wearing for the most part while not eating folks did follow mask wearing and also this was when Delta wasn’t that bad. This was a 4.5 but I’m rounding up because the food was good!

I stayed at Hollywood downtowner for a concert at the Greek theatre. This little coffee shop got my attention with the big pride flag. I ordered the ultimate sandwich. It was w onderful. A fresh cheddar and green Chile biscuit with bacon 2egg a tasty cheese. The owner brought me Maple syrup and chile to dip it in to which made it even better!! The manager is a cuter version of Justin Timberlake.... and very nice!

I'm a huge fan of their baked goods -- the chocolate chip cookies are heavenly. Lots of seating inside and a darling greenery draped back garden patio. Doggy friendly outside. They offer sandwiches and salads too. And the coffee is just so good. Support your indie coffee local shop!

SO yummy and amazingly fast, friendly service. I could drink five of those Adult Milkshakes. The fried pickles are so good, and I say that as someone who moved to CA from the Deep South. Recommendation: Get the garlic artichoke aioli with the pickles.
