Old Sail Loft Restaurant

My first visit to 'The Old Sail Loft' and it definitely will not be my last. The food was absolutely stunning!!!! I mean STUNNING!!!!! Some of the best I've had. The staff were lovely. I've recently suffered with some very poor health and have mobility problems, so they relocated our table for us so I didn't have to climb the stairs. They were thoughtful and courteous. The service was great! It was so amazing I'll be returning with my husband as I want him to try your amazing food. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening x

Beautiful food in a gorgeous building. Only let down for us was not the restaurant’s fault. A lady asked for the music to be turned down, which is was, and then asked for it to be turned off. This then meant that every chew, every steak knife hitting a plate and every other conversation could be heard. That particular table then proceeded to sit in silence. Such a shame as it really let the atmosphere down. Food is out of this world and would highly recommend to anyone.

Super meal the other night. Seafood platter was excellent, very fresh salad and lots of fish, crab and shellfish to choose from with freshly baked bread. Steak was probably the best I’ve ever had with the ox cheek and onion ring accompaniment a real treat. Service was excellent. This has been our third year of eating at this fantastic restaurant.

We had an incredible 3 course lunch here; the food was delightful. I had the set lunch menu and it was all delicious, the highlight was definitely the deep fried apple and rhubarb crumble for dessert. The staff were attentive and couldn't do enough for us. Location was perfect too, we sat outside overlooking the harbour and it was just a fantastic first experience of Looe. We'll definitely return.
