Starbucks

This Starbucks was very inviting and seemed newly remodeled with a friendly staff. This location was very busy and only has a few spaces to park. But they took the time to greet me and let me know they would be with me in a moment, almost as soon as I entered. The ordering process was quick and the wait was not nearly as long as I was expecting. The drink I received was well made and had a great flavor. Thank you team Starbucks!

I've been coming to this Starbucks location for over a week now as my wifi at home is not doing what I need it to do. The lovely people that work here, especially Theresa (forgive me if I misspelled) and Samantha have made my very mundane experience a joy. From remembering my exact order to adjusting seating so that I am comfortable. Thank you for all you do and continue to do. The current climate for frontline employees may be overwhelming but you've provided excellent service despite all the clutter of everyday noise. Hoping I can return the favor soon!

Starbucks I can see why financial organizations hate it . The remodel allows no place to sit. $20 for a cup of powder tea? You can go to better restaurants in Houston and get premium drinks for a fraction. They never have all ingredients to make what you order and you end being stuck in the drive thru so you get what they want to make . They should of used the money on the remodel to lower prices and pay employees more but the organization is cash poor. i just wont support .

I really enjoy the Store remodel. Much more comfortable. Anna was so sweet and helpful when I messed up my order.. Thanks to all STARBUCK servers/baristas. Returned to this store Sunday 4-10-22. The crew (& Derrick) were welcoming & courteous. I really like the NEW crew here - it is now my fav spot.
