Chick-fil-a

Drive thru took forever and the staff was less than polite when I went. I understand being slammed and busy but take time with your customers and don't assume what your customers want and not ask. I ordered a kids meal and the lady rung it up without asking what we wanted with it. We had to correct it at the window twice

Ok love this chick.fil.a...always have. I ordered a catering for my sons grad party...when on the phone ordering this for 5-21-22 the kid on the phone didnt say they'd start cooking it after I arrive to pick it up...I was almost late for my own party...and turns out they give me the wrong stuff. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich platter...they sent me the spicy sandwich platter. The difference is the whole chicken breast to sliced. I was disappointed. And hardly anyone ate it. If I knew I had to wait for the food I would have said 4 or 430..and they could've got the order right. 🙄

Normally I'd give Chik-fil-A 5 stars, but this one will have to get 4 from me. In terms of courtesy, professionalism, and getting your order right, it's got what you'd expect from any Chik-fil-A, which in general is better than most fast food in those areas. The food is good and fresh. What this particular location lacks is that it's a bit slower than other CFA locations. On several occasions now I've spent about 10-15 minutes in the drive through. Normally at CFA locations, the drive-through is long but they are getting people through the line quickly. You generally won't spend more than 10 minutes there. But here, I can't seem to count on that. When people think of the fast in fast food, I think they are looking for 10 minutes or less. Everything else is great, I just would love to be in and out in 10 minutes or less.
