I have kept myself from making this review for sooooo long!!!
Literally the worst chikfila ever!! Rarely get the order right and are super rude, not the normal chikfila standard for sure. Don't have half the things most chikfila has(lemon for water(not the end of the world, just adds to it), etc) and charged me for waters today WATER!! I had a while order and was charged! I love chikfila and dread when time forces me to have to use this location!!! Reminds me of a McDonald's!!

Diet lemonade is to die for. Have to drive a long ways to reach a Chick-fil-A but when we come to town we definitely have one to two lemonades during the day and take home the Chick-fil-A sandwiches.

I did a curbside order. Waited for 20 minutes while app says that the “team member is on their way.” Finally got down to see what’s going on, I asked the front counter, and pointed that the order was just sitting there. I received cold food, and some drinks missing too. Worst location in Longview.

First time using my Chic Fil A app. We ordered frosted lemonade, chocolate shake, & ice cream cone. The cone was stale, the frosted lemonade was delicious. Manager went right on & prepared my order, he had a great attitude & provided excellent customer service

Good service, mini chicken biscuit bites are excellent. Thought I also would give their breakfast sausage burrito a try. The sausage was not that great.

Order completely wrong in drive thru. Ordered 8 pieces nugget and small cup of ice cream. The young girl that took my order charged me for the biggest cup of ice cream that cost almost $6 alone. I got to window and advised that I ordered the small cup. The cashier did not fix the order but recommended that I store any uneaten portion in the freezer for later, but it was hot and humid outside and I wanted the smaller portion to eat quickly. Ice cream was not even good almost lacking cream and taste. Waste of money and time.
