Went here for the first time . I ordered what was on their line menu but was given something different . It was suppose to be beef , rib , pork , link I believe . Instead I got two links , Turkey and beef . I hate links so this was disappointing for me My husband loves them so he ate mine . I went to to make a sandwich with the meat that I had left as they gave two bread slices . Sadly the bread was old and I hate stale bread. So then I was left with potato salad which was made with miracle whip and sweet pickles which I cannot stand either . I’m used to garlic dills . We tried them at The Longview gun show. Sat was turkey and Sunday the chicken and it was fabulous. I am very picky about BBQ and this was amazing. Wish we lived closer.

Great customer service and the fish was amazing!! He prepared it upon receipt of my call. This was my final time eating seafood prior to adopting a vegetarian diet once again. It was definitely worth it!. The fish was greatly fulfilling; however, the fries were not as they seemed to be made from old ugly potatoes. I could be wrong; but they looked terrible and the taste wasn't far from it either. I'm not a fan of coleslaw so it was dumped as well.

We had Unc's for the second time tonight. Turkey, Sausage, Beans and Potato Salad. Unc's has the BEST BBQ in Longview, hands down!!! The beans are amazing, meats are fabulous (we had the brisket last time) and potato salad will make you want to smack yo Momma!! I also want to mention that he is the nicest, most grateful person! LOVE ME SOME UNC'S!!

Was excited to eat here, the BBQ looked amazing. Does not have dine-in, as advertised. It only had drive-thru.
