Burger King

Well that was an annoying experience. I went through the drive through and got two things. An ice cream cone and a large fry. They were busy so they handed me the cone while charging my card and taking another persons order in the drive thru. My cone started melting and I attempted to ask the woman twice for a cup and she was too pre occupied on the other drive through orders so I pulled up to the second window to ask. Only to be met by the same woman again minutes later telling me I should have told her about this before because she’s already tracking time. That is quite literally not my problem and I attempted to get this woman’s attention and was ignored. Thanks for that.

I dont even wanna give this place any stars but have to to post. This is what happene..... My family went throw the drive throw, when we get our food we check to make sure its right and its not. We go back throw the drive throw tell them and the guy at the window takes the food back to the people making our food and the guy comes back and tells us its a new sandwitch when we asked. Then we check it again still wrong and missing the correct items. We tell the guy at the widow this agin but he focused on the pretending to take an order then walked away.

From the moment I pulled up the experience was bad. Ordering was incredibly difficult as the person taking my order was not clear on if an item was on the menu or not. In addition, I wanted to order two milkshakes. After I paid and got my receipt I saw I was only charged for one shake. When I was handed only one shake I was told that the machine was "out of milk" and they would not be putting any more in. The one shake I was given was not even well mixed (see attached photo). Beyond that, it is clear that Burger King has no shame in overworking employees, especially those who work nightshift. Three of my items were so badly packaged that my food fell out of their containers (and the bag) onto my car floor.
