The amazing attitude of the employees was the only saving grace here. They were really friendly, and it seemed like they were all trying hard, but they're just selling a bad product. I blame the franchise as a whole for the system they made. Restaurants thrive most when they inspire return customers, and there were too many signs that tell me i should never bring a date here. When you go in at noon, at a time when there should be a lunch rush, and it's a ghost town, you know there's a problem. When you have an open food counter with food sitting out and there's multiple flies within reach of the register, you know there's a problem. When your meat is cold because it was in a warming tray with flies landing on it for who knows how long, there's a problem. When you have to plug your nose to eat the pita bread because you can taste the off flavor of baked-on grease from their warming grill, you know there's a problem. I didn't even see if they had french fries, and it would have been way too long to get them but it's hard to eat a gyro without it being piping hot with a side of hot fresh fries. When i saw the flies, after seeing the condition of the meat, I didn't want to trust the soda machine. I went to the culver's drive thru to get fries and a drink to eat with the gyro, and decided to start on the gyro instead so i could enjoy it while it was hot, and it was ice cold. Haven't even left the parking lot, on a hot day, with food double wrapped in foil, and the food is cold. Go to any other gyro place, and that foil will burn you 20 minutes later. After a few bites i realized there was no need to accompany them with fries or a drink, so i just left the drivethrough without ordering. I don't know what that grill needs, nail polish remover? Brake cleaner spray? Anything strong enough to take off the grease might also damage the nonstick, if it's some type of coating. The meat needs to be shaved fresh, or just somehow fresher. Make all the employees visit a real gyro place to set the bar of excellence. Have them go to Yianni's or to the gyro place on thornton blvd.

The staff is very friendly and great at getting customers in & out with hot fresh food! I go back frequently and I've never had any issues, I know they have to be a busy place but there's never a line because they've got their process down. The manager who runs this location is on top of his game - I rarely see managers of food places this involved but he's always really good with how he handles both customers and employees - which is really important for providing good service and it makes a HUGE noticeable difference. This place is one of my regular stops for lunch!

I really want to give the Longmont Garbanzo's a higher star rating because their food is really good but NEVER order delivery from them...we have tried 3 times now and they have failed miserably every time. It was cold when it arrived tonight which I can usually forgive if the order is correct but tonight they forgot the sides and the drinks for both kids' meals plus they forgot the pitas for both gyro plates and put half the toppings I wanted on my husband's plate. For some reason they just can't seem to read orders properly

My first time visiting this location was with a coworker to grab some lunch. That was a brilliant experience and the person helping us was super friendly and fun. The second time I went there was a little later into the evening. The service wasn't as optimal, but everyone still did a good job. The food was incredible both times, and remains one of my favorite options when looking for a quick bite--especially as a vegetarian.

Ordered food today and did not receive quiet a few things, when I had my manager call to correct this they did not have anyone who could deliver. Out of kindness and understanding I chose to pick it up my self when I arrived she explained how sorry they were when I mentioned three items (2 sm. Bags of chips and a sm. drink) she stated I would have to pay for these, when I stated I shouldn’t have to pay since this was their mix up and I had to drive to get this from them she basically didn’t care and was like well you’ll have to pay. Long and short to make a customer happy it’s the small things you do for them when you messed it up in the first place. Needless to say I and the others who ordered have discussed NEVER going back to this establishment. Way to go!

This place is amazing. It seems like it's always poppin' in there, which is a good sign. I always feel taken care of by the staff, and they never seem stressed or overwhelmed even when there's a huge line. The free falafel samples are a nice little bonus. I catered lunch for my crew from here once, and they made it super easy to order by email and then pickup with cash. I was surprised, but extremely pleased for the service. Most of all, I don't eat meat or dairy, and you can make a vegan meal in about 50 different combinations and be more satisfied than most restaurants in Boulder County. I'd highly recommend this place.
