Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

We arrived at @9:30am and were seated immediately. We ordered our meals @10am. At@11:20am we were told our order was lost due to a printer error. We were offered a free muffin due to the wait. At this point they should have comped our meal, but did not. We were done at @12:15pm. Almost 3 hours to get a meal is not ok. The food was good and the server was nice but should have kept a better eye on our order.

I ordered online which wasn't the worst part. That was easy. When I got the store and picked up the order is when it got weird. She just picked up the bag like a piece of smelly trash and handed it to me. I walked it out and the food looked good. I didn't like the chunks of ham. The food was ok but she couldn't have been happier about the online order and serving me.

Let's start by saying I am so sad only 2 of these are in Colorado and they are both so far! Definitely worth driving from Denver to get though! The staff was friendly and fast especially being she was the only waitress on staff and it was pretty busy. Definitely a great family restaurant. Imagine village inn but a million times better!

Family and I went for some late lunch and were seated in a back area. Our waitress took our drink orders and then disappeared for 20 minutes while we waited. After that, our waitress then returned to take a food order as we were still sitting without drinks. After placing our food order, we waited for 40 minutes as we watched other tables get sat, get their food, and leave. We had still not received our food. Finally, after speaking with the manager we got our food over an hour after getting sat. Our waitress then approached us and questions if we were the table that approached the manager without apologizing. After finishing our meal, we were not offered any sort of discounts or food taken off the bill. My family and I will not be returning to this restaurant. The management is poor, tables are dirty, and the wait for simple food is far too long.
