I don't normally visit any fast food chains, but I was in the area and it sounded good. It was a Saturday and the drive through was very busy so we chose to dine inside. From the moment we stepped out of our car, employees greeted us with a smile and a hello, before we were even inside. At the counter, a young man named Jeffery took our order. He told us about his upcoming wedding while we completed the transaction. He was so friendly! This place is well staffed, everyone working seemed happy, and they took care of customers very quickly. It was super clean as well. I am very impressed.

This restaurant is amazing. One of my twin daughters has worked here for years. The owner really knows how to treat their employees well. Thank you for all the trainings & life lessons. While the food is always amazing, I am starting to heavily reconsider coming here. When this location reopened after their remodel, they had the drive-thru well organized and it was always smooth. Now it is the most disorganized thing I've ever seen. There's no one controlling the flow of traffic once it merges into one lane and sometimes you're sitting there behind cars that placed their order after you did and while it is nice they bring your food out to you, I also know if it's now in my car and I'm trapped in the line behind other cars, it's getting cold. Please get this place organized and an enjoyable experience.

Clean, organized, professional, and friendly! I've been to the drive through a few times, but went inside with my little boy for the first time the other day. We had to be out of the house for an hour and this was the best option for us to hang out since it was a Friday evening in the winter. We put in an order and sat down at a table in the back near the playroom. After about 5 minutes the employee brought our milk shakes over and we had a great time. Best $5 I've spent all month!

dropped the ball big time today! My Mac n cheese was cold and clumpy, my sandwich was not supposed to have tomatoes, but the ones that were on it were nasty, old gross tomatoes and even my drink was wrong. Ordered thru DoorDash because Chick Fil A delivery was unavailable and I shelled out $25 for some really terrible food and no one answers at the restaurant 🥺 I am SO SAD!!

Our family frequents this CFA very often and we’ve never had any issues. The owner/operator takes immense pride in his restaurant and invests in the employees. A longer wait than typical fast food is to be expected; as this is the most popular lunch spot in the area. They do their best to move people through the line always with a smile. We love supporting CFA Longmont!
