Starbucks

I like to go to this store in the morning when most people just get their coffee and leave. No other stores in the mall are open at those hours, and it feels extremely calm. Things do get crazy here though when there's a big convention going on across the street. I like their idea of limiting one door for entry, and customers generally sense they should use the other for exit; this setting makes the traffic flow nicely. Now they put a few more tables outside, and I think I'll start going to this store even earlier to enjoy the serenity and the crispy air.

I’ve been coming to this location for 8 months and everyone here at this Starbucks is great and friendly except one person “STEPHANIE”. She’s always at the register with attitude and bad service to me. Today was really bad she threw my change back to me and walked away. I tried to avoid her sometimes by going to other locations but it’s really inconvenience because I live right next to this location. I really wish Starbucks would contact her manager and put a friendlier person like Kelly to greet customers in the morning or anytime of the day. No customer should be going through this. It’s people like Stephanie that makes the bad name for Starbucks but their coffee it’s good that’s why I keep going to it. I share this so hoping that she can be in a better place in her life. Live to love and love to live.

I go here before work and they constantly mess up orders, it is very annoying when I spend my points or extra 2 dollars for my drink to be customized and they don't make it correctly, even worse when the starbucks app shows they are out of almost every item but they have everything in the store. They are constantly put of items to make things on the menu which is very irritating. Everytime I let them know they messed up the workers get mad at ME! None of the workers here are nice or seem like they want to work there. Even when they are not busy the workers will make you wait up to an HOUR for one drink. Would not recommend

Cashier basically ignored all my questions (two). I had to repeat my order twice. The cream sugar station wasn't even set up yet & they have been open for a half hour already. Not even close to a normal Starbucks experience. I would have bought more stuff since I'm on a business trip, but didn't want to make waves, lest I have more issues...
