Subway

I have been patronizing this store for several years. This was the first time I have gotten Italian bread that was fresh. All other ingredients also seemed to be fresh. Sandwiches are a good as you design them. Do not order through Subway app, as it overly complicated, especially with coupons and gift cards. It's much faster to order and pay inside the store, and you can also make sure you get the correct ingredients on your sandwiches.

I visit this subway every so often when i decide to have a picnic at El Dorado park . This facility is clean, veggies are fresh each time i visit, if i could be honest customer service could be a little better. Maybe just a little energy when engaging with customers. My only disappointment was the fact they stopped serving honey oat wheat bread 😫 lol other then that 4 stars for the freshness of the food and the cleanliness of the facility. A little more enegy from the workers and bringing back the honey oat bread would definitely dial the rating up to a 5 star.

Their new brisket sandwich is very good. The meat was cooked exactly as it should be. With the added cheese and BBQ sauce very flavor full, like the toasted crispness of the bun. The server was nice polite and very courteous. Clean and well maintained site. Only issue was probably due to it's small physical site did not have a restroom for customer use.

I don’t write reviews, but this place deserves it. My wife and I have been to this location several times. And each time, the service has been exceptionally poor. No smile, eye contact or any sign of being friendly. Even while we watched the sandwiches be put together on our last visit, the woman was tossing the food pieces back in the containers, not spreading the food stuffs out on the bread even close to evenly. There are many subways nearby that are very friendly, plus you can understand the help when they are speaking. One star rating is generous!

Normal subway experience until the worker didn’t know what she was doing obviously no training and no English. I tried to be patient then the manager girl in the black shirt disappeared as I ordered. I wanted a water cup but no one was there. So I grabbed the smallest cup and what felt like 20 min later she came to my table and got mad at me for taking the wrong cup. Horrible professionalism and horrible customer service. Who ever is in charge of this place get to work and train your staff on the basics but even more importantly tell them to smile and be nice gosh. They all look depressed and are mean. Didn’t make me feel good at all.
