Original Roadhouse Grill

The bbq full rack ribs and strawberry lemonade was very delicious. I was very upset at the customer service at this location as the waitress was rude. I was in the middle of eating and she picked up my fork from my plate. I'm not sure her reason as to why she wanted to rush us and pick up plates when two of us were still eating. Other than that, the food was good. The location is pretty big and it doesn't get full. You don't have to wait in line to be seated, I visited this location on Friday evening around 6:30 p.m.

After waiting for a table in an almost empty restaurant, we were seated and ordered our drinks and peanuts. 10 min later, still no peanuts, seriously the place was not busy at all!! So when I saw our waitress, i asked if we can please get out peanuts. Her reply, well i have to walk to the back and get them out of the bag. And i need to get food out first! Uhhh....ok?? 🤔 don't know why she had to blurt that out, or use that as an excuse for bad service🤷‍♀️ i told her if our food comes out first, forget the peanuts. She doesn't say anything as she walks away. She comes back shortly with a bag with like 10 peanuts. *see photo* don't know what her deal was but she really needs to work on her customer service skills! 👎

First time there,but won't be the last time/I had Rib-Eye Steak,baked potato, green beans with Jack Daniels on the rocks,all washed down with cold MODELO/wife had Salmon w/Jim Beam Whiskey River sauce with baked white sweet potato 🥔 and rice pilaf/not too mention the warm sweet rolls & butter/really enjoyed the meal/Service was excellent/although I was joking with your waitress**had her going there for a minute**

I've had better. Out of everything we ordered, the half BBQ chicken was great. Mac and cheese just okay at best. Bread was very good. Steak was just okay. No peanuts because of the liberals in California and their BS covid restrictions. I'll stick with Texas Roadhouse or other locally owned steakhouses if I'm back in this area.

I really enjoyed the Ultimate combo. The ribs were amazing. I had French fries and Mac n cheese for sides. The Mac was a little soupy at first, but thickened as it cooled. The flavor was good. The steak eaters were a bit disappointed because their final products were not cooked to the temp requested. However, they did say the flavor was good. I enjoyed everything I had, except the tools. They were too sweet for my palate. I would definitely eat there again.

It's all hype. Food is good, but they don't serve enough for their prices!! Off to Mr. Rosewood Restaurant. I ordered a big bowl of soup here, what I was served was a cup size. When I asked, ' Where's the big bowl?" Waitress replied, " Oh, to that's are biggest bowl!" Well, I replied, "I think management needs a new pair of eye glasses, you think!?" 🤔👎
