We got the candy ginger ice cream and the peanut butter malt balls. The ice cream was a little too sweet but creamy and pretty smooth. Could have used a little more ginger flavor. It needed more of a balance since the ice cream itself was pretty sweet already and then there's the sweetness from the candied ginger chunks. The peanut butter malt balls were decent because they were nice & soft when you bite into it. Kinda wish the malt crispy in the middle was more prominent in terms of the flavor it provided. The peanut butter overpowered everything.

Most scrumptious ice cream I've had-anywhere.The flavors and cream come through more than the sugar, which is just perfect.They also have dairy free & gluten free options, so there is something for everyone.The French vanilla coffee is made by steeping whole beans in cream--so no grittiness. Purest coffee flavor ice cream ever. It's white and so looks deceivingly like vanilla.The Thai stick is infused with affirm lime and lemongrass--incredible.For V-day 2016, they made a blend called Pretty in Pink, with blood orange, pomegranate and can't remember what else, but simply delicious.They have small containers to go, perfect for home.

Strolling on 2nd Street in Belmont Shore is always a pleasant experience on a Friday night. Tonight's was made even better when our group of friends and family stopped into Paradis. The kids enjoyed ice cream and the Vegans among us were pleasantly surprised that there were four vegan choices for frozen dessert available. The choices of flavors were creative and ranged beyond the typical ice cream shop fare.
